General Reservation and Cancellation Policies:
• All reservations require a 50% deposit to guarantee the reservation. One-night stays are paid in full. • In case of groups, reservations must be paid in full at least 15 days in advance. • A deposit confirms and guarantees your reservation. Balance is due upon arrival• All cancellations are subject to a service charge of 20% of the total cost of the stay (to cover taxes, bank charges and administration fees) and will be taken from the deposit.• Full refund less service charge service will be given if notice is given 60 days or more prior to your scheduled stay.• 50% refund less service charge will be given if notice is given 30 days or more prior to your scheduled stay.• If notice of cancellation is given Received less than 30 days prior to arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited. • Full rate is charged for no-shows, arrivals after the reservation date, or early departures.
